Desktop Support:

  • Provide staff with appropriate advice and procedures to answer information technology questions and advice.
  • Receipt and registration of grant applications.
  • Decide how best to help.
  • Provide information technology and related assistance if needed.
  • Set up new desktops, viewers, modems, and similar devices.
  • Current installation and maintenance program.
  • Updates require computer operating systems and other software as needed.
  • Box is required to purchase software and software updates if required.
  • Advice on appropriate staff training.
